What is the Maslach Burnout Toolkit Individual Report ?
The report describes the range of profiles between engagement and burnout, and helps you identify the profile that matches your results. It explores what may be driving burnout and the relationship between burnout and the workplace culture. You will get suggestions for reducing stress and measures to address burnout.
The report is an aid to interpret your assessment results but it is not a diagnostic tool. Any health issues that may be caused by burnout should be handled by your health care practitioner.
The report contains your results in relation to six work areas: Workload, Control, Reward, Community, Fairness, Value, that are used to measure the degree of fit between you and your organization. It also maps your results on a continuum between Engagement and Burnout, and it provides specific recommendations for your profile.
