Dr Archana Tyagi is a Clinical Psychologist from CIP, Professor, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) ICF, with specialties in leadership coaching and career counseling. She is the founder of Meemansa Consultancy, a Management and Human Resources Consulting firm that specializes in process improvement, organizational development and strategic planning. 

Previously she was a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad, India; an Adjunct Associate Professor at University of Business and International Studies (UBIS), Geneva, and served as a full time Professor of OB/HR at IMT Centre for Distance Learning (IMTCDL). 

With a background in psychology and management she has worked extensively with public and private sector in coaching, training and consulting. She is a Coach with Coach for Peace and Choosemylife, Personal and Career Coaching, Geneva, Switzerland; Advisor at YourDOST Emotional Wellness Coaching, Associate at Hero Mindmine and Centum Learning Limited; and Member of the Advisory Board of Xpertconnexions (an iso9001:2008 Certified company).

Dr Tyagi has publications in refereed national and international journals and has authored a book, “Organizational Behaviour”, Institute of Management Technology

She brings her extensive experience as an academic and senior coach to the Leaders Today Coaching Programs, and the Leader Coach Academy training courses.
