How EXPRESS Coaching Works

EXPRESS Coaching gives quick, direct access to one of our Senior Coaches, who will provide you with the support you need to lead in stressful times.


It is most useful in periods of crisis, when you have 1-3 specific, targeted goals to achieve in a short time-frame. With EXPRESS coaching we match you with a coach immediately. 


You will establish your goals directly with your coach and immediately get into action. We provide you with an easy to use framework to monitor your progress that you can share with your line manager.



Three formats are available: 3, 6 or 8 one-hour coaching sessions, depending on the nature and scope of your goals.
