How Organizational Coaching Works

Contact us and tell us about your needs for leadership development through coaching in your organization. We will advise you on the best course of action for your needs and match your Leader with one of our Senior Coaches. 
2. Coaching Goals

Coaching goals for leadership development and business results  are set  in a tripartite agreement by the Leader,  their Supervisor and our Senior Coach, who then delivers an ad-hoc coaching program.

3. Coaching Process

The content of the coaching conversations is confidential, between the Leader and the Senior Coach who will use the best coaching approaches to help the Leader achieve their coaching goals.
