What is Speed Coaching?


Speed Coaching is a short, intensive and targeted coaching session designed to address any aspiration or concern that a participant may have at that moment.



Some outcomes of Speed Coaching session are: 


  • Clarity on a goal they want to achieve and how to go about it
  • A change of mindset, for example from a negative to a more positive outlook
  • Identify the personal strengths and qualities need to achieve their goal
  • A short action plan and a commitment to make the desired change


The topics that come up in Speed Coaching activities often fall under these areas:


  • Work life balance
  • Career paths
  • Relationships
  • Health and well-being



Speed Coaching is a single, energizing and inspiring experience that can trigger a lasting positive change.


It is not designed to be a long-term development tool as might be the case for organizational coaching programs.




Why a Speed Coaching Event

Speed Coaching is usually offered as an event, over one or more days, during which many slots for individual coaching are available.



The purpose of a Speed Coaching Event is to offer a large number of participants the opportunity to experience individual coaching and address any aspiration or concern they might have at that moment.


Companies offer Speed Coaching to a large group of employees, a department or the entire organization, in different contexts, for example:


  • within the framework of a well-being campaign
  • to complement a group workshop with individual coaching sessions that will help embed the learning
  • to provide support during a organizational change
  • to help employees manage working from home
  • to facilitate returning to the office initiatives after lockdown




How Speed Coaching Works

Virtual

Our Focus Coaching Events are held virtually.  Participants receive support before, during and after their focus coaching session in the form of informational videos, worksheets and tools  to help them make the most of the experience.
