Leaders Today is the flagship brand of Mathieu & Cie Coaching and Consulting, based in Geneva, Switzerland. We are a Swiss boutique firm that provides high-quality organizational consulting, leadership development, training and executive coaching services for global organizations.

We specialize in developing excellence in leadership through the enhancement of individual and organizational coaching capabilities.
Our education branch is the
Leaders Today Academy, where we offer coaching skills training for the workplace.
We offer individual and group leadership development and executive coaching services, as well as organizational change programs.

EXPERTISE
We have over 25 years of experience in training and consulting for leadership and human resources development, and a track record of positively supporting our organizational and individual clients.
We were amongst the first coaching practices in Geneva, in the early 2000's, introducing innovative management approaches such as coaching and large-scale collaborative meetings in our local market and in the international organizations based here and worldwide.
