This course is designed specifically for HR professionals to acquire the leadership and coaching skills they need to fulfill their multifaceted role at the center of people relations in any organization.


As business partners HR professionals provide invaluable advice to management and at the same time they are in charge of the well-being, development and administration of the company's workforce. 

In both these roles, coaching skills are essential for enhanced leadership and effective communication.


HR professionals usually spearhead the introduction of a coaching culture into an organization and therefore must be capable of modeling a leader coach attitude and skills.
