What is EXPRESS Online Coaching?

EXPRESS Online Coaching puts you directly in contact with a leadership coach so that you can immediately tackle the challenges you are facing in these complex, stressful times.

Who is it for?

Both organizational clients and private clients will benefit from these quick access coaching programs that help you improve your leadership skills and get you into action right away.

What's the 6-hour programme for?

The middle EXPRESS Online Coaching program is made up of 6 one-hour coaching sessions with one of our Senior Coaches. This program is indicate for situations where you have 2 or 3 coaching goals that you want to achieve on in the mid-term. These can be relatively complex issues like launching a new project, or managing a conflict. Your goals can include developmental aspects such as improving communication skills.

Specific terms

If your coaching is funded by your organization, please make sure to clarify your employer's expectations as regards the results of the process. With the EXPRESS Online Coaching programs, we are not involved in meetings to establish the organization's agenda, that is how we can keep costs down. Leaders Today Coaches are committed to respecting the confidentiality of the coaching process, but of course you can share any aspect of it with anyone you wish.
