What is EXPRESS Online Coaching?

EXPRESS Online Coaching puts you directly in contact with a leadership coach so that you can immediately tackle the challenges you are facing in these complex, stressful times.

Both organizational clients and private clients will benefit from these quick access coaching programs that get you into action right away.

What's the 3-hour programme for?

The smallest EXPRESS Online Coaching program is made up of 3 one-hour coaching sessions with one of our Senior Coaches. It is particularly indicated for cases when you have one or at the most two specific issues that you wish to address, and which do not require long-term interventions to be solved.

The 3 one-hour program is ideal also for returning coaching clients, who are already familiar with the process and ready to jump in.

Specific terms

If your coaching is funded by your organization, please make sure to clarify your employer's expectations as regards the results of the process. With the EXPRESS Online Coaching programs, we are not involved in meetings to establish the organization's agenda, that is how we can keep costs down. Leaders Today Coaches are committed to respecting the confidentiality of the coaching process, but of course you can share any aspect of it with anyone you wish.
