How Coaching in Organizations works

1. Coaching Requirements

Contact us and tell us your requirements. We will advise you on the best course of action for your needs and match your Leader with one of our Senior Coaches. 
2. Coaching Goals

Coaching goals for leadership development and business results  are set by the Leader and  fine-tuned together with their Supervisor and our Senior Coach. 


3. Coaching Process

The coaching process is confidential, between the Leader and the Senior Coach, who will use the best coaching approaches to help the Leader achieve their coaching goals.
4. Coaching Results

Our coaching produces visible results. The process includes measuring leadership behavioral changes, their impact on business results and the return on investment for the coaching. 
1.  Coaching Requirements

Contact us and tell us your requirements. We will advise you on the best course of action for your needs and match your Leader with one of our Senior Coaches.

2.  Coaching Goals

The purpose of coaching is leadership growth in a few target behavioral areas that will have a positive impact on the Leader's skills and on organizational results. The goals are determined by the Leader or Team and fine-tuned together with their Supervisor and our Senior Coach. Depending on the organization, HR is involved as a key organizational stakeholder.  

3.   Coaching Process
The content of the coaching process is confidential, between the Leader or Team and the Senior Coach, who will use the best assessments, coaching tools and leadership development strategies to sustain leadership growth and achievement of business results.  We provide a private online platform for each Leader, with resources and follow-up tools on the coaching process.

4.  Coaching Results
Our coaching produces visible results.  We measure leadership behavioral changes and monitor their impact on business performance and results.  During the process we involve the Supervisor or any other stakeholder selected by the Leader, to provide an enabling environment and take stock of interim results. At the end of the process we will evaluate with you the return on investment.
