2. Coaching Goals
Coaching goals for leadership development and business results are set by the Leader and fine-tuned together with their Supervisor and our Senior Coach.
3. Coaching Process
The coaching process is confidential, between the Leader and the Senior Coach, who will use the best coaching approaches to help the Leader achieve their coaching goals.
4. Coaching Results
Our coaching produces visible results. The process includes measuring leadership behavioral changes, their impact on business results and the return on investment for the coaching.

During the process we involve the Supervisor or any other stakeholder selected by the Leader, to provide an enabling environment and take stock of interim results. At the end of the process we will evaluate with you the return on investment.
