Her master's degree research focused on the leadership skills exhibited by executive coaches within the coaching conversation. Her current doctoral research explores how coaching capabilities contribute to global leadership.

Imru-Mathieu is Founding Partner of Leaders Today.
She is an Executive Leadership Coach and Senior Trainer, she is in charge of the coaching and learning programs at Leaders Today, and leads the organizational development initiatives.
Saba works mostly in global organizations and her work focuses on three areas: developing international leaders, fostering collaboration in multicultural workplaces, and training manager coaches and professional coaches in advanced coaching skills.
Saba is a credentialed ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Registered ICF Mentor Coach and a certified IDC Master Coach.
She earned a Masters degree in Leading Innovation and Change from York St John University, and is currently studying for a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University.
She has been coaching as a certified professional for close to 15 years and was a Senior Coach Trainer and Supervisor for 8 years at the Institute of Coaching (IDC) in Geneva, Switzerland, leading the Professional Coach Certification training program in English. In the teaching field, she has a track record of successfully creating and delivering programs for leadership development, professional and personal growth.
grown up in different countries and worked all her life in multicultural
organizations, Saba is sensitive to cultural diversity and integrates
cross-cultural skills into her teaching and practice of coaching. She is an Accredited Lecturer in Intercultural
Management and leads intercultural management and communication workshops.
Saba is an experienced Facilitator, designing and conducting large-scale international collaborative events that enable organizations to engage their members in meaningful, action-oriented conversations. She has has over 50 collaborative meetings on record, ranging from 50 to 200 participants, from small and large organizations including the United Nations Word Summit on Information Society, the International Trade Center, the United Nations office in Geneva and CERN.
With many years of experience as Head of HR & Administration in the Standards Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) - the United Nations specialized agency for ICTs - designing HR strategy, organizational change and learning programmes, she has in-depth expertise in developing organizations and leaders at an international level. She served as workplace mediator in ITU and is a trained conflict coach.
Saba is the founder of Choosemylife Career & Personal Coaching Services, and of Coach for Peace a non-profit association.
Saba is an engaging Speaker on topics related to leadership, intercultural management, conflict management, cross-cultural communication, professional and personal development.
