Who it's for

This Workshop is for anyone wanting to assess and increase their awareness of their current listening behaviors, understand them, make an action plan to reinforce the useful ones and get rid of the unproductive ones.

More lively and enriching than an individual assessment, you will also learn from each other experience by sharing some significant listening moments. 

The specificity of this Workshop is that it deals with the attitude (mind-set and nonverbal) of the listener, not so much with his/her verbal interventions capabilities.

Format

1/2-day workshop (4 hours)

Lots of interactions with and between participants (reflections and exercises).

Optional follow-up individual session

Optionally, each participant can book a one-hour follow-up individual session on-line to support them as they apply and practice the listening strategies they learned in the workshop.
