I have a passion for coaching and developing leaders in their journey to self realization by generating an atmosphere where they feel safe to challenge themselves in order to reach their full potential and have a positive impact in the world. I am certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

My background in Human Resources in multinational environments has allowed me to develop my expertise in Learning and Development, Recruitment, Career Coaching and Talent Management. I have worked in Mexico, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland both as external consultant for clients in sectors such as Pharma, Banking, Technology and Consumer Goods as well as within the Human Resources department of multinational companies and social institutions.

I am a Spanish native speaker fluent in English and French and I'm currently learning Euskera.
