After 20 years of professional experience in management and marketing communications, spanning both corporate, start-up and non-profit settings, Barbara brings a plethora of knowledge and expertise to the world of organizations. 

She has extensive experience as a coach, facilitator and trainer whose work is valued in different industries such as UN agencies, start-ups and private sector companies.  

Barbara's focus is on executive coaching, team leadership & effectiveness, and change programs. Having been formerly a COO she has a keen understanding of the business world. She helps clients identify the most compelling areas for development and provides the tools they need to face current leadership challenges.  

Barbara is a Trainer and Supervisor at the Institute de Coaching in Geneva, and she delivers seminars and workshops at the European University Business School.  

She is a member of PWN Global (Professional Women’s Network) and offers mentoring and coaching as a volunteer. 

She is the founder and Chief People Officer of Emerge Today, a company founded on the fundamental belief that coaching can create strong, healthy organizations systemically.
