After receiving a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) and completing her first work experience overseas, Dana began her Human Resources career in 1995 working for a multinational company on assignment in Belgium. Over the course of the following 15 years, she pursued HR opportunities in the US, France, and Switzerland growing from a specialist in expatriate HR to a generalist HR Manager with functional and team leadership responsibilities at European level.

In 2010 Dana embarked upon a path to further enhance her competencies in the field of Learning & Development starting with professional coach training at the Institut de Coaching (IDC) in Geneva where she works as a Supervisor / Trainer since 2013. A few years later she received the title of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Along the way Dana acquired powerful tools for developing employees’ self-awareness and leadership competencies by becoming an accredited practitioner of the Insights® Discovery psychometric assessment tool and a certified practitioner of Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architect® Suite of competencies and, more recently, the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) by Korn Ferry Hay Group. Lastly, Dana obtained the 360°Reach™ Certified Analyst qualification in order to partner with professionals to discover, develop, and deploy their personal brand in an authentic manner.

In 2013, Dana began conducting workshops and speaking on the topic of professional development.
