Exploration at the convergence of coaching and leadership

So, the topic is exploration at the convergence of coaching and leadership which is my favorite topic. And this is the agenda. We'll look at this convergence, what do, and what is it made of? And then we'll look at what's new in the updated ICF competencies and still keep the convergence of coaching and leadership in the background. It's always an underlying theme. We'll also highlight a little bit how coaches are leaders in a certain sense and how each of you is a leader and is exhibiting leadership behaviors. And in the last item, I'm going to invite you to practice coaching also outside of your coaching office and in your daily life. I know that this is a very diverse audience. Some of you are highly experienced coaches, some people are maybe newer in the profession, so I've tried to group a bit of information that'll be for all tastes.
