This half-day workshop gives staff and managers a practical introduction to coaching skills, with tools they can use immediately.
It introduces coaching widely in organizations, giving employees simple, effective tools for better communication and can be a first step to building a coaching culture.

The Coaching Leader
4-day program
equips managers to integrate coaching skills into their leadership style so as to shape the conditions for their teams to grow, take ownership, and perform at their best. They learn when to coach and when to use other leadership behaviours while also adopting trust-building approaches.
