Set in a luxury 4–5 star Swiss Alps resort, the retreat blends high-level strategic work with immersive experiences designed for senior leaders:



  • Individual Pre-Retreat Coaching – Each leader sets personal intentions through a 1:1 session with our expert coach.

Retreat Flow

Day 1 (Full Day): Arrival, welcome, goals and framework, strategic overview, evening guest speaker.
