Rim is an NLP Coach Professional. Her main motivation is to help leaders leverage their core motivation to reach inner and outer success.  She brings her extensive international and multicultural sensitivity to coaching, combined with her skills as an NLP professional, mental coach and solution-focused therapist.

Thanks to a long experience in senior leadership positions in  the banking and wealth management industry, servicing clients internationally, Rim provides best-in-class services to a demanding client base, while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

She holds a BA in Political Science & International Relations and an International MBA, both from the University of Geneva. Prior to founding Rubicon Asset Management SA, Rim worked for leading financial services companies in Switzerland and Qatar.
