Bio

Beate has extensive organizational experience having worked for more than 30 years in the multicultural environment of an international organization. A passionate ambassador of the coaching approach, she has been accompanying managers and leaders, as well as individuals and teams on their journey to more job satisfaction, improved communication and leadership. Her vision is to humanize the workplace with the help of coaching by empowering staff at all levels, helping them connect to their inner resources and find their intrinsic motivation.

In 2020, Beate founded and since then co-chairs the network of internal coaches in international organizations.

She is the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Community Leader for Geneva, Switzerland.
