Within his activities, Laurent Blanchard discovered the posture of the Manager Coach and was able to discover its benefits by practicing the art of coaching every day with his team members.

Engagement, autonomy and trust were cultivated in contrast to absenteeism and conflicts that reduced significantly.

His professional background complemented by some trainings in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), in professional coaching and mental coaching (Youniting in Geneva), allowed Laurent Blanchard to discover a real passion in supporting decision processes and collective/individual target settings and achievement as well as change management using the coaching approach.
