What our Clients say about our coaching workshops....
I have participated in many corporate coaching trainings and this is the first time that after a workshop I see the immediate use and application of the tools and coaching models into real life situations. Saba has the capacity to convert deep and complex theories into easy to use tools that have the power to profoundly transform interpersonal interactions. I am certain that the tools that I acquired in this 2 day workshop will accompany me throughout my career.
Isabel Prieto, HR professional and career coach
The course was a valuable introduction to the science and practice of being a "leader-coach" at work.  I walked away with tools I could use immediately as well as an appreciation of the importance of establishing coaching cultures in the health sector - particularly during periods of change and transition. Saba is a masterful teacher and coach.

Asiya Odugleh-Kolev, public health professional

The course was an excellent introduction to coaching with simple, practical steps that can be used right away.  It is a new approach to inter-personal communications, based on scientific evidence which strongly contributes to our work.  A brilliant course.

I would highly recommend the "Leader Coach - Foundations of Coaching at Work" course for anyone seeking to learn more about the theory and practice of coaching at work and further developing your skills. The course gives you immediate practical exercises to use the knowledge and skills, and learning by doing. The group feedback as well as expert knowledge of Saba Imru-Mathieu gives you the tools to further develop your own coaching style and expertise. Especially interesting to learn what makes a good Manager and a good Leader.

I already new Saba by the collaboration we had at IDC. The fact that Saba embodies Leadership Coaching is already a success factor of this workshop.
The Training is holistic in the way that it shows the different aspects of Leader Coach and provides very concrete, powerful and simple tools to implement. The content is based on up to date research work.

I had the privilege of participating in a 10 module Coaching programme facilitated by Saba and I must say that the content and her teaching style shifted my perspective as a coach.

I coach women from many different nationalities, cultures and religions, so increasing my own cultural awareness through her questioning was a very powerful process. Thank you, Saba.
