Knowing how to give feedback easily, in a way that motivates and enables others to grow is probably one of the most important skills that leaders must have in the modern workplace. Yet most leaders would prefer to not have to give feedback, especially if it is negative.   


Effective feedback is given frequently and not only top down, in fact giving and receiving feedback are essential  skills that support an organization-wide learning culture, where everyone is focused on improvement and growth.


In this course you will learn what really makes feedback effective, how to give both positive and negative feedback and how to integrate feedback for growth and development in your leadership style.
